Enhanced Streptavidin-HRP
Streptavidin poly-HRP is a HRP-conjugate specific for biotinylated antibodies and is manufactured by controlled polymerization of HRP molecules over the 5 nm globular core followed by covalent conjugation to streptavidin protein using proprietary conjugation technology.

This product was purified by size exclusion chromatography and lyophilized in 10mM potassium phosphate buffer pH 6.5.
To prepare a working 0.5 mg/mL solution, resuspend the lyophilized Streptavidin poly-HRP in 1000 µL of 0.5× PBS pH 7.4 or in commercially available HRP stabilizer.
For long term storage, add 0.01% thiomersal or any other suitable preservative to the solution. Do not add sodium azide.
Store prepared solution at 4˚C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20˚C.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
